Hall of Fame & Hall of Shame
In tandem with the Member of Congress Report Card, Immigrants’ List is highlighting our Hall of Fame and Hall of Shame, made up of members of Congress who have done outstanding work in support of the immigrant community and those who have been attacking the immigrant community.
Hall of Fame
From our list of A+ members of Congress, we further narrowed the list to the highest scoring Representatives and Senators who have stayed consistent in their votes for the immigrant community and have been outspoken about the harm that this administration has been doing to our neighbors. We present our Hall of Fame for 2026!

Hall of Shame
A similar process was used to determine the Hall of Shame. The list is made up of the lowest scoring members that have also been the most vocal with anti-immigrant rhetoric.
These members of Congress frequently sponsor, co-sponsor, and vote for legislation that hurts immigrants.
